In their home kitchen, after months of trial and error, Mitch and his wife, Yvette, finally arrived at just the right recipe with just the right flavorings, just the right heat, and just the right consistency. Mitch was impressed with its zest and heartiness; Yvette approved of its ideally balanced, Latin-inspired melding of spice and heat, with a savory taste that mirrors its aroma. To confirm their findings, Mitch and Yvette began sharing their chili with friends, associates, and co-workers; all of whom gave it an enthusiastic “thumbs up”.
Due to this resoundingly positive response, Mitch and Yvette were encouraged to introduce their vegan chili at a local charity event. The entire supply not only sold out in under two hours, it led to Manolo’s Best Chili being awarded a contract to become a resident company of The Hatchery, Whole Foods Markets’ small-business incubator program. Participation in the Hatchery program exposed health-conscious chili lovers to the rich, satisfying taste of Manolo’s Best Chili. And now it’s your turn.

After sampling Manolo's Best Farmstand Chili at Whole Foods in Princeton N.J., Ron was impressed by Manolo's fresh, wholesome chili and just had to meet the chili master behind the hearty, delicious food. And the rest is history.
As a vegetarian, I know how hard it is to find exciting prepared foods to support my lifestyle. Manolo's provided me with a variety of robust vegan chilis packed full of vegetables, including one of the healthiest, sweet potatoes, and the perfect blend of spices.
